   They are customized version of PortableApps.com official releases.
   We release these tools in compliance to GNU license.

Side Notes (NOT included in the help.htm):
» The PortableApps.com Launcher generator requires NSIS Portable (Unicode) 2.46 Rev 2 or higher to be installed alongside it (usually both to the X:\PortableApps directory) to function.  Users upgrading from pre-release versions of Unicode NSIS Portable and the PortableApps.com Launcher will need to completely remove the existing apps.

» We recommend these utilities in addition to the above *awesome* development platform:

   › zSoft Uninstaller, the Unicode Regshot won't run in Windows 10—just the ANSI version.
