» How to Add Plugins
   › Extract effects dll files into App\paint.net\Effects folder.
   › Extract file types dll files into App\paint.net\FileTypes folder.
   › If a dll is blocked by Windows UAC, then right-click on that DLL → choose Properties from the menu → on the General tab, look for an Unblock button → if it's there, click it → click the Apply button.
   › Get your plugins pack!

» Download .NET Framework (at least 3.5 SP1, full package).
   › Read the Install Instructions on the download page and download KB959209 and KB967190 too—and also read carefully each KB's instructions.
